Whether you are building or renovating your home adding a special touch can be expensive. With our natural resin bound aggregate, you can enjoy the WOW! factor of something truly different in your home without the hefty price tag.
Resin bound aggregate is a wo-component, gloss finish, interior/exterior decorative concrete overlay. Resin bound aggregate is not an epoxy based system and will not break down in UV light. Typically installed as a stand- alone overlay for concrete substrates, it provides a highly decorative solution that has excellent abrasion resistance and durability properties.

Around the backyard, the garden or the BBQ area our natural resin bound aggregate carpet is perfect for the Canadian lifestyle. It’s both durable enough to withstand the elements, and stylish enough to add another dimension to your outdoor living. Every home has a colour scheme and we have 4 different natural stone blends to suit your taste.

Resin bound aggregate is comfortable to walk on an d unlike concrete does not produce silica dust. Natural epoxy stone carpet is durable enough to go the distance and is also very low maintenance – simply use a leaf blower, garden hose, or pressure washer to keep it looking like new.

Step 1
Profile entire concrete slab by diamond grinding. By “opening” the concrete and creating a profile we ensure the concrete and the coating are properly bonded.
Step 2
Cracks in concrete are opened using a concrete saw and then filled. We also complete concrete restoration work at this stage, this could include repairing damage like surface spalling.
Step 3
Construction joints in the concrete may be filled at this time.
Step 4
The surface is thoroughly cleaned to remove any dust or debris.
Step 5
We apply a high quality, high solids, Epoxy base coat @ 10-12mils.
Step 6
While the epoxy is still wet we broadcast fine sand into the primer.
Step 7
After the epoxy has cured overnight we remove any excess sand.
Step 8
We then apply the polyurethane and stone fully blended at a thickness of 6-8mm.
Step 9
The floor must be allowed to cure for 24 hours before foot traffic can resume and 1 week before vehicle traffic resumes.
Step 10
Floors require little more than normal cleaning.
